I ordered some solar lights and a garden apron. They can quickly and as described.

Don't order if you are in Ireland - I have used Brand Alley in the UK and received great service, but I recently ordered a birthday present for my sister in Dublin. I ordered on the 20th of June, and was told by email it would be delivered in 5 working days. By the 7th of July it hadn't arrived, I rang and they said deliveries to Ireland take 12 days (I was never told this) - I got in contact with brand alley again for a replacement on the 13th of July - it is the 20th of July now and it still hasn't appeared. This was a birthday gift and it was really disappointing.

Good selection of items, the prices are good too. Returns are easy and very efficient.

Reiss jacket, wanted for ages, bought at a bargain price. Great service, fast delivery.

Good quality dress, as expected and timely delivery.

3 items were returned but only 2 were credited and customer services won’t do anything about it

My order was lost form the 14th June. Reported and was told the order was lost. Then they were to send me the same order, but charging me. So disappointed with this service.. I will not be shopping with Brand Alley ever again.

Most of my order arrived very quickly. One item was damaged but it was replaced quickly and without fuss. Everything else was top quality and in perfect condition.

Bought another pair of new balance trainers. They arrived very quickly, really comfortable and exactly as described.

Really, really great value. Sometimes a bit confusing with incomplete orders arriving at random times but the customer service was great.
I will be using this site again, really great value and deals. Website really easy and clear to navigate around.

I have ordered 4 items for 150+ GBP and I have applied a voucher code for 30 Pounds. The voucher works only on minimum orders of 150 Pound. Brandalley have sent me a wrong size item, which obviously I had to return. I returned one more item, because the size was just too big and kept the other 2 items. The total value of the 2 returned items was 81, but I got back only 55 pounds, because Brandalley decided to take off the full value of the voucher because the order is not anymore more than 150 pounds. When I confronted them about the fact that they punish the customer for their own mistake of sending wrong items, they just told me "sry we wont refund you anything further''. For sure I will not be shopping again from that website.

Easy to order and pay on website. Great prices and quality items, able to buy items wouldn't normally be able to afford Fast delivery
Have used BradAlley for past 12 years and will continue
